Method, evidence, and listing policy
We do not label an on-market home “Feng Shui approved,” “Vastu compliant,” or assign it a combined Harmony Score from public listing data alone. Listings rarely verify the actual entrance bearing and the interior observations this review asks for. A property may be shown as a manual-review candidate only when its source listing is current and every required input is documented; final confirmation requires buyer or agent verification.

Why are Feng Shui and Vastu separated?
They come from different cultural traditions, texts, terminology, and methods. Similar directional themes do not make their judgments interchangeable, so the tool reports them independently.
Can an address determine the direction a home faces?
No. Geocoding returns coordinates. The facing direction must be measured and interpreted using the convention of the selected tradition or practitioner.
Can this tool find compliant homes for sale?
Not reliably from normal listing feeds alone. A credible review needs current listing status plus verified bearing, entrance, floor plan, and exterior observations. We will not present unverified homes as matches.
Is this a scientific or professional certification?
No. It is an educational comparison of traditional frameworks and is not a substitute for a practitioner, architect, inspector, surveyor, appraisal, or buyer due diligence.
